1.Q: How long can a lithium battery last? Is it prone to degradation?

A: The lifespan of a lithium battery is typically 2,000–3,000 charge-discharge cycles(approximately 5–8 years), far exceeding lead-acid batteries (500–1,000 cycles). Degradation is primarily influenced by usage habits. Avoid over-discharging (below 20% capacity), prolonged storage in high-temperature environments, or frequent fast charging. To extend battery life, it is recommended to charge as needed and maintain the charge level between 20%–80%.  


2.Q: What to do if the battery fails to charge fully or charges slowly?

A: Check if the charger is compatible—lithium batteries require dedicated chargers (lead-acid battery chargers are incompatible). Low temperatures (<0°C) may reduce charging efficiency; charge indoors or use the battery’s preheating function. If the battery is aged (capacity below 80%), contact the manufacturer for inspection.  


3.Q: Why do forklifts experience reduced power or shorter range in winter?

A:Lithium batteries naturally lose activity in extreme cold (below -10°C). Solutions: Preheat the battery in a room-temperature environment before charging, select lithium battery models with low-temperature heating functions, shorten single-use durations, and recharge promptly.  


4.Q: What if the dashboard displays codes like "BMS fault" or "Overheating"?

A:

- Overheating alert: Pause use, allow cooling, then restart.  

- Voltage anomaly: Check for loose battery connections.  

- BMS fault: Contact after-sales service for Battery Management System repair.
