  • Q Does scrapped battery pollute the environment?

    A
Lithium batteries are recyclable. Disposal method: Contact the forklift manufacturer or battery supplier for recycling. Do not discard randomly to avoid electrolyte leakage risks.

  • Q How long can a lithium battery last? Is it prone to degradation?

A The lifespan of a lithium battery is typically 2,000–3,000 charge-discharge cycles(approximately 5–8 years), far exceeding lead-acid batteries (500–1,000 cycles). Degradation is primarily influenced by usage habits. Avoid over-discharging (below 20% capacity), prolonged storage in high-temperature environments, or frequent fast charging. To extend battery life, it is recommended to charge as needed and maintain the charge level between 20%–80%.

  • Q Can lithium batteries catch fire or explode?

    A
Certified lithium batteries include multiple safeguards (BMS, overcharge/over-discharge protection, temperature control) for high safety.
Precautions: Avoid impacts or punctures, prohibit use in environments above 50°C or near open flames, and use only original chargers to prevent short circuits.
  • Q What if the dashboard displays codes like "BMS fault" or "Overheating"?

    A
    - Overheating alert: Pause use, allow cooling, then restart.
    - Voltage anomaly: Check for loose battery connections.
    - BMS fault: Contact after-sales service for Battery Management System repair.
Note: Take photos of error codes and contact manufacturer support immediately.
